1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile platform, and all services provided by vcuci ("Platform"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you register an account, access, or use any part of the vcuci Platform.

Vcuci reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

In the event of a conflict between the terms in another language and this English version, the English version will serve as the primary reference for users in Malaysia.

2 Eligibility to Use the vcuci Platform

To use vcuci services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old or have reached the legal age for gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside, whichever is higher.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not located in a region or country where the use of vcuci services is prohibited by law.
• Not previously restricted or banned from using the vcuci platform for legitimate reasons.
• Using the platform in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at vcuci at any one time. Registering or operating more than one account — whether using a different name, email, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

During the registration process, you are required to:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address.
• Submitting valid identity verification (KYC) documents when requested by vcuci, including a copy of your ID card, passport, or other relevant documents.
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date at all times.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.

Vcuci is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials confidential. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the vcuci support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Vcuci supports a variety of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The deposit-related conditions are as follows:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method and may change from time to time.
• All deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name. vcuci does not accept third-party deposits.
• Vcuci reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the source of funds for any suspicious deposit or one that exceeds a certain limit.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your vcuci account within the timeframe stipulated for the payment method used.
• If a technical issue causes a deposit to not be processed correctly, please contact vcuci customer support with proof of the transaction.

5 Withdrawals & Payment Processing

Withdrawal of winnings from your vcuci account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name that has been verified through vcuci's KYC process.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary according to your VIP membership tier.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete a full identity verification (KYC) process, including submitting the necessary documents.
• Any bonus or promotional credit received may be subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before a withdrawal can be made. Specific conditions are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Vcuci reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal if there are indications of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and your VIP tier. Platinum and Diamond VIP members enjoy express withdrawal priority. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Vcuci offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cash rebates, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each promotional offer is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside that offer.

General terms applicable to all vcuci bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fully met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Vcuci reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the vcuci platform are operated by internationally licensed software providers using independently verified and audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair play.

• Game results displayed on the vcuci platform are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, vcuci will use server records to determine a fair outcome.
• The use of automated software, bots, exploit tools, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings obtained through fraudulent means or exploitation of software bugs will be voided and will not be paid out.

8 Player Conduct and Responsibilities

As a vcuci member, you agree to always conduct yourself in a respectful and responsible manner while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive or threatening language, or harassing other players or vcuci staff.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the vcuci platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Accessing another person's account without authorisation.
• Spreading false or misleading information about vcuci or its services.

9 Data Protection and Privacy

10 vcuci Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, vcuci is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned system maintenance, or technical issues beyond vcuci's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Any game outcome made by you while using the platform, as all betting decisions are entirely your own responsibility.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

Vcuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms within this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious behaviour.
• Providing false or inaccurate personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• A court order or directive from a relevant authority.
• A member's own request to close their account.

If your account is closed for legitimate reasons and not due to a terms violation, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to you once the investigation is complete. vcuci will notify you of the account closure via your registered email.

12 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Vcuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the vcuci platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation before any legal action is taken.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
